Return/Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, unless authorized by Fairlane Homes. Any charge-backs we incurr within our merchant account is the responsibility of the person(s) making payment to FairLane Homes; which will be added to the person's account with Fairlane Homes.

Delivery Method & Payment Transaction

This payment gateway will bring you to our encrypted secure merchant account website where you will enter in your credit card information. All payments made for rent or repair services will appear on your statement as "Oak Leaf Trust" within 2-3 business days.

Please note:
As of August 1, 2021 there will be $20 service processing flat-fee to use this service. Please add the $20 to your payment amount. If you don't include the service fee, it will be deducted from the payment that is sent and you will be billed for it.
