Return/Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, unless authorized by Fairlane Homes. Any charge-backs we incurr within our merchant account is the responsibility of the person(s) making payment to FairLane Homes; which will be added to the person's account with Fairlane Homes. All refunds will take 7-10 business days to process and shall be subject to the terms of your contract.

Delivery Method & Payment Transaction

This payment gateway will bring you to our encrypted secure merchant account website where you will enter in your credit card information. All payments made for deposits or payoff will appear on your statement as "FAIRLANE MOBILE HOME SALES INC." within 2-3 business days.

If payment is over $1000, add 2% service fee to your payment amount. If you don't include the service fee, it will be deducted from the payment that is sent and you will be billed for it.
